This one goes for you, Juan Carlos
This year, the team Radikal will take part again in the OncoSwim, a solidary open water crossing that we organise together with Oncolliga Girona Foundation . We will swim it honouring Juan Carlos Elías, one of our molt beloved swimmer. It was Radikal since more than 3 years and never stopped to demonstrate us samples of his bravery, determination, clarity and perseverance. Even in OncoSwim's 2017 edition, he surprised us all swimming the entire OncoSwim's 30k. For sure, this year he would have accompanied again... For this reason, his family has done a donation to the triple negative's research project funded by the OncoSwim 2018. They will do it through a team that will represent all of the Team Radikal's swimmers and that will be led by Gerard Aleamny, our technical director; making visible this tribute and memory for Juan Carlos. For Gerard "It will be a pride to represent the team Radikal in this initiative". Besides, he adds, "Have for certain that my thoughts and the ones of all of the Team Radikal's swimmers, while we swim the 30k of the OncoSwim, will be remembering the great moments that could share all together with him".
We encourage you all to take part in this solidary event for Juan Carlos, fellows and familiars that have suffered or have been affected by this illness; helping us raising funds for this research on the triple negative breast cancer, where all the donations achieved will be set aside.
