Cursos intensivos para todos los nadadores de Radikal Swim
Las instalaciones del Fórum de Barcelona han acogido los cursos intensivos de formación en aguas abiertas del C.N.Radikal Swim. Unos cursos que se reemprenderán en septiembre y están pensados ??para todas aquellas personas interesadas en desarrollar sus capacidades en aguas abiertas. Los cursos buscan adaptarse a las necesidades de cada nadador, por eso se hacen en grupos reducidos.
En el último curso que se ha celebrado recientemente se han trabajado aspectos como la mejora de la flotabilidad, trabajar el estilo más eficiente para nadar largas distancias, evitar lesiones, disfrutar de la natación en mar abierto y divertirse con la práctica de este deporte. Lo que se busca es nadar deslizandose con la máxima eficiencia. Por eso los cursos tienen dos partes. Primero una de 15 minutos de ejercicios de movilidad articular adaptada a los movimientos que se realizan dentro del agua y luego, otra de 1 hora y 15 minutos con ejercicios de técnica en el mar.
