LIX de la Travesía de Sitges
El próximo domingo, 4 de Agosto el Club Natación Sitges organiza la edición LIX de la Travesía de Sitges. Este es una de las travesías más antiguas de Cataluña. La primera edición se disputó en agosto del 1925 y fue el primer campeonato de Cataluña de Aguas Abiertas que se disputó.
Este año la prueba cuenta con 3 distancias según categoría y para que todos los nadadores puedan disfrutar del mar. Por ello se organiza la travesía más corta de 200 metros con salida a la Playa de la Rivera, la de 800 metros con salida a la playa de l'Estanyol (punto de encuentro de la prueba) y la prueba reina de 2200 con salida en la Playa de las Anquines. Todas con la llegada a la Playa de la Fragata, justo debajo de la Punta (Iglesia de Sitges).
Los nadadores que participen en esta magnifica travesía a las 8.45 de la mañana se inicia el marcado para ir a disputar las pruebas. No os podeis perder este travesía en la que se espera la participación de más de 500 nadadores.
